Purpose/Mission: This organization is a not-for-profit corporation organized under
the laws of the State of New Jersey and
its purposes are exclusively charitable and educational as set forth
in its Certificate of Incorporation. The purpose of this Corporation
is to provide scholarships and other kinds of financial aid to deserving
and qualified African-American and Hispanic male students pursuing a
college education. African-American and Hispanic male students have been
and continue to be under-represented in American higher education. This
Corporation considers this a critical need to provide educational opportunities
for these students to achieve academic success at an institution of higher
learning, to attain the skills and knowledge to compete in today's world
and to succeed in life and become productive members of society. The
Corporation shall exercise all powers conferred upon the Corporation
for charitable and educational purposes, including but not limited to
the power to accept donations of money or property, whether real or personal,
or any interest therein, wherever situated.
